Description
Like Running or Walking? Love Wine? This race is for you!
Join us on Saturday, November 20th, 2021 for an exciting and family friendly event that features the scenic views of Keel Farm's Winery featuring a great assortment of locally produced wines! Start times will be available from 8-9AM! This race is great for runners, walkers, and families. Whether you're looking for a race, a fun jog or walk, or you're just here to enjoy the wines, this event is a sure thing for a great time! This race is timed and scored by J3 Timing. Results will be posted live during the race at www.J3Timing.com.
Registration includes: A race t-shirt (optional sweatshirt upgrade for an additional $10 dollars), souvenir wine glass, finisher medal and a wine pour for runners 21 and older. Runners under 21 are welcome to participate and will receive a discounted registration during check out that includes a shirt, medal and bib (these participants will not receive a wine glass or a glass of wine).
Awards: All participants receive a sweet finisher medal and a glass of wine, so there are no age group awards at this race, but we will have live results broken down into overall and age group format for you to view.
Can I Switch to Virtual? Yes! If at any time you decide to run on your own, we will ship your race gear to you at no additional charge! Contact delores@j3timing.com
Packet Pickup
UPDATE: OFFICIAL PACKET PICKUP TIME AND LOCATION IS THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 18TH FROM 4-6PM AT THE WINERY
You can pick up your packet on race day starting 1 hour before your scheduled start time, but if possible we recommend skipping the lines and enjoying the wines with us at Keel Farms on Thursday night.
Want to avoid the pickup entirely? You can choose to have your swag items shipped to your home prior to the race for only $10 per person when done with registration. Shipping to your home address is available until 11/7/21.

Course Map
The Race Starts and Finishes at the Winery and is a scenic 2 loop tour of the farm! The route is a mix of grass and paved and has several turns to run through the blueberries and farm. This is not the optimal course for a PR, but it is a great option if you're looking for the most fun you've had at a 5k! Runners and Walkers are welcomed to participate!

This is a chip timed event. Your race time will start when you cross the timing mat, and finish when you cross the mat again at the finish.
FAQ's
Is the race only for 21+? No, minors are welcome to participate and receive a discounted registration that includes a shirt, medal and bib (these participants will not receive a wine glass or a glass of wine).
Are strollers allowed? You are welcome to use a stroller for this event but it is not recommended due to uneven ground on the course and children in strollers can participate for free and do not need to register.
Is walking allowed? Yes!
Is the race dog friendly? Yes, but please make sure your dog is on a leash. Dogs are not allowed indoors at the winery or restaurant after the event
