Swing into Spring Training 5K

We are excited to announce the 3rd Annual Swing into Spring Training 5k sponsored by Hospital for Special Surgery will be held on Sunday, February 11th, 2024 at Clover Park!  Join us as we kick off the 2024 New York Mets baseball season with an 8 AM - 5K start.  All runners will gather for a unique opportunity to finish the race at home plate, just like the players!

RACE DESCRIPTION:
All participants will receive:
•    Custom finisher medal
•    Swing into Spring Training t-shirt  
•    (1) General Admission ticket to one Spring Training game listed below: (Choose one)
      o    February 27th vs. Marlins
      o    March 3rd vs. Astros
      o    March 15th vs. Nationals
•    Swag bag
•    Race bib      

EARLY PACKET PICK-UP - CLOVER PARK:
Packet pick up will be available at the ticket office windows
Hours to pick up your race packet are as follows:
Saturday, February 10th:  12 PM - 4 PM

RACE DAY PARKING:
Parking for the race will be located in the grass parking area of Clover Park.  You may enter from either University Blvd. or Peacock Blvd. 

RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP & REGISTRATION - CLOVER PARK:
7:00 AM - Race-day packet pickup & registration opens
7:50 AM - Race-day packet pickup & registration closes
8:00 AM - 5K Run begins
9:15 AM - Awards announcements begin on the concourse by the Jim Beam Bar inside the stadium
*Awards ceremony immediately after the race.  Post race festivities with music and refreshment on the concourse by the Jim Beam Bar inside the stadium. 

REMINDERS:
•    Children 3 and under are welcome to participate without a registration. 
•    No roller blades, skateboards or motorized devices are allowed on the run or walk courses.
•    Please no pets. 
•    Walkers are welcome.

Top 3 Overall Male & Female
Top Male & Female Masters (40+)
Age Groups: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Pricing:
Through 1/13: Adult: $50, Child (12& under) $45, Team $45 
1/14 through 2/10: Adult: $55, Child (12& under) $50, Team $50
Race Day: Adult: $60, Child (12& under) $60, Team $55
