2025 SEASIDE SCHOOL™ Half Marathon + 5K Presented by SEASIDE®

The SEASIDE SCHOOL™ Half Marathon + 5K returns for the 23rd running on Sunday, February 16, 2025, in Seaside, Florida. Get ready to sweat, connect, and crush some run goals with us in beautiful South Walton! The Half Marathon will start at 7:00 AM CST and the 5K will start at 7:30 AM CST.

Proceeds from the SEASIDE SCHOOL™ Half Marathon + 5K benefit the SEASIDE SCHOOL FOUNDATION whose primary mission is to raise, invest, and spend funds in support of the SEASIDE SCHOOL™ which is comprised of SEASIDE NEIGHBORHOOD SCHOOL™ and Seacoast Collegiate High School.

Founded in 1996, the SEASIDE SCHOOL™ was one of the first and is now one of the oldest public charter schools in the state of Florida. The SEASIDE SCHOOL™ opened to thirty-six students, two faculty members, and one administrator serving students in sixth through eighth grades. Today, the school has expanded to fifth through twelfth grades serving over 450 students. As the result of our dedicated staff, involved parents, and the support of local businesses and community members, the SEASIDE SCHOOL™ is one of the top-performing public charter schools in the state of Florida, recognized at the national and state levels for academic achievements. From the school's conception until now, we have worked to foster success for the whole child. We are laying the foundation for success as a person and success as a student beginning in fifth grade. By the time our students graduate, they have completed a collegiate program and are ready to continue their education or pursue employment that will make a positive contribution to society.

Race Entry Regulations

Entry fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
You must be at least 6 years old to run the 5K and at least 14 years old to run the Half Marathon.
You must be in good health and physically prepared to race.

Once you register for the SEASIDE SCHOOL™ Half Marathon + 5K & Race Weekend events, you'll receive a confirmation email with your personalized virtual bib and RaceJoy instructions.

We are gearing up for the 2025 SEASIDE SCHOOL™ Race Weekend and the 23rd running of the Half Marathon + 5K!

The SEASIDE SCHOOL FOUNDATION™ will reward ANY individual fundraisers for their charitable efforts.

Below are the four fundraising levels for individuals. Incentive items are cumulative, meaning if you reach Level 5 you will receive 3 incentive items. Incentive levels are based on total individual dollars raised as of Monday, February 5, 2024. Registration fees do not count toward total dollars raised for incentive levels.

How to Raise $100 in 5 Days!

Day One—–$10 Lead by example and kickstart your fundraiser with a personal donation.
Day Two—$30 Ask 4 family members to each donate $5 and that is $20!
Day Three—$55 Ask 5 friends to make a $5 donation to raise an additional $25.
Day Four—$75 Ask (2) businesses you frequent (nail salon, doctor, dry cleaner, etc.) to each donate $10.
Day Five —$100 Use social media and post a link on Facebook, Twitter, etc. and ask 5 connections to donate $5 each and encourage them to share…and BAM–you’ve reached your goal!!

Volunteer

Not running this year? You can still be a vital part of the action by volunteering and helping us bring this incredible event to life! It takes over 500 amazing volunteers to make the SEASIDE SCHOOL™ Half Marathon + 5K and its events a success—join our team and make a difference!

Whether you sign up individually or with a group, there are plenty of exciting ways to get involved. From assisting with Packet Pickup at the Expo, to helping with intersection control and mile markers, or even joining the excitement as a cheer squad member, there’s a volunteer opportunity for everyone.

As a valued volunteer, you’ll receive:

✔ Breakfast or lunch to keep you fueled
