What is a VIRTUAL RACE?  

A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location and on any date/time you choose.  You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). 

No parking problems! No crowds! No port-a-potty lines!

Run your own race, at your own pace, at the distance you want to cover!

What is the price of the race, what's included and is it timed?

Registration for the Race to the Rescue virtual event starts at $30 with price increases up to $40.

Each registrant will receive a race shirt, finisher medal and race bib via US mail at the end of Oct. 2019.

Timing your run/walk is totally up to you and finish times do not have to be emailed!

The registration price includes shipping to a mailing address within the continental US. 

Established in 1909 the Firemen’s Benevolent Association of Tampa has served our local firefighters for over a century. Founded as a widow’s and orphan’s fund for the families of fallen firefighter’s the FBA has grown to support the safety, health and welfare of local firefighters and has stood to provide physical, emotional and financial assistance in times of need. ALL proceeds from the Run to the Rescue virtual event will support this mission.
