SWE 8th Annual 5K: Trick or Trail

Join us as we host our hybrid races for the 8th Annual USF SWE 5K  to support STEM education and help us continue our mission to promote women in engineering fields. This year's run will have both in-person and virtual options, giving participants the opportunity to race in the way you are most comfortable. The virtual race will be held from October the 25th to the 31st. You can run in your own neighborhood, a local park or even on a treadmill! Log in your distance and time, and see who comes out on top once all results have been submitted on the last day. The in-person race will be on October 31st at Al Lopez Park. Challenge the whole family to a race and register today!

All proceeds will benefit the Student Section of the Society of Women Engineers at the University of South Florida. The funds raised will help the section continue their mission of promoting women in the engineering field through innovative workshops, national conferences, and superior networking, as well as community outreach that promotes STEM programs to students in middle and high school. A portion of the funds will support our scholarship program which helps encourage students to pursue education in a STEM field.
