BMR Virtual Challenge
Description
Black Men Run invites you to help us celebrate our 7th Year Anniversary by joining our Virtual Race Series Challenge!
Your participation will help support the BMR Foundation, our established non-profit entity and charitable vehicle that contributes to organizations, causes, and missions that the Black Men Run organization supports. Key initiatives for BMR Foundation include Mental Health awareness, Diabetes awareness and prevention, Hypertension, Literacy & Technology, and Fatherhood programs. $20 of your registration fee may be considered tax deductible.
Instead of gathering to run the same streets, we encourage you to run or walk miles individually, wherever you are. Different streets. Same mission.
This is a chance to show our strength in a challenging time and show the impact of our virtual community across the country in a few ways. The first way is to post your race photos with #BMRVirtualSeries. The other way is by submitting your miles once you’ve finished your races.
We hope that you will join us and share in this experience with your family and friends.

Series Details
Details
- Register for the BMR Virtual Race Series.
- The cost is $60 ( $50 for the first 100 registrants).
- Race registration will include a challenge medal, shirt, event silicone wristbands bands, shirt, swag bag, and eligibility to win door and award prizes.
- All medals, shirts, bands, & bags will be sent no earlier than November 7, 2020.
- Complete all four distances during the specified window for each distance –
Event 1 (2.5 Mile Run) - Completed between 10/18/2020 - 10/24/2020
Event 2 (7 Km Run) - Completed between 10/25/2020 - 10/31/2020
Event 3 (7 Mile Run) - Completed between 11/8/2020 - 11/14/2020
Event 4 (15 Km Run) - Completed between 11/22/2020 - 11/28/2020
Awards
**Awards will be given to the following top group pairings:
Male/Male
Male/Female
Female/Female
Clydesdale/Athena
Male/Female(under 18 YOA)
Each grouping will be paired by blind drawing**
