Description

February is American Heart Month! Get your heart racing and 'Reach your Pinnacle' with The Fortitude Educational and Cultural Development Center, Inc. (FECDC). Join us for the FECDC 2nd Annual Pinnacle 5K!  The race will be virtual again this year...complete it anywhere, anytime, anyplace, while giving to an amazing organization. Every entry receives a t-shirt, virtual bib, and makes a donation to FECDC. (w/ an option to purchase a beautiful finisher medal). 

To help protect our communities from the possible dangers of COVID-19, FECDC has postponed the 22nd Pinnacle Awards Luncheon until August 27, 2022. However, you do not have to wait to support FECDC. Support us by participating in the FECDC 2nd Annual Pinnacle 5K. Funds from the event will assist FECDC in continuing our mission to serve youth and seniors in Metropolitan Atlanta communities. Lace up, or Mount up, but surely Reach out, and Get to your Pinnacle! 

TO JOIN:

  • Register for the FECDC 2nd Annual Pinnacle 5K.
  • Complete a 5K (3.1 miles- if you are running) (11 miles if your are cycling) whenever, wherever you please on or before February 28, 2022.

*The Fortitude Educational and Cultural Development Center, Inc. was established to provide accessible locations for public service activities in the metropolitan Atlanta communities for youth and adults. The Center provides opportunities for youth to improve the quality of their lives through targeted programs focused on scholarship, financial literacy, health, and personal presentation. Additionally, The Center provides programs aligned with the educational and physical needs of an aging population, specifically senior citizens as it relates to their understanding of complex retirement information related to housing, social security, and overall financial literacy.
