Join us in Piedmont Park on Thursday, April 30, 2026 for the 4th annual Spark 5K! Run, walk, wheel, or cheer—everyone is welcome at this high-energy community event celebrating the power of inclusion and literacy.
Spark 5K is proudly presented by Roark, with all proceeds benefiting two incredible organizations: The Kyle Pease Foundation and Malcolm Mitchell’s Share the Magic Foundation.

In the image below, arrows have been placed along the course to help show the layout. Mile 1 is shown with Yellow Arrows, Mile 2 is shown with Teal Arrows, and Mile 3 is shown in Orange Arrows. Runners will start and finish in the same place (red dot) between the tennis courts and the active oval. Runners will then loop around the tennis courts, continue around the baseball fields, and make their way towards the meadow to hit Mile 1. After going around the meadow, runners will be directed along the path towards the Legacy Water Fountain and will hit Mile 2. After going around the Water Fountain, runners will continue around the tennis courts, around the baseball fields again, and to finish, they will make a LEFT to go back to the Finish Line.
