Fourth Annual Run the Runway 5K - AGS

Sign up to run on Augusta Regional Airport's runway during the 2025 Run the Runway! This unique 5K and Kids Fun Run is sure to give you an unforgettable running experience unlike any other 5K in the area! 

We are in the process of selecting our race beneficiary. Check back for more details regarding the organization selected to receive the funds raised during from Run the Runway! 

Early Registration is $30.00. Children 8-12 are $25.00. Children 7 and under are $10.00. Children 7 and under will be able to participate in a fun run and will receive a t-shirt as well. Prices may increase after the early registration date.

Packet Pick Up: TBD closer to race date

THERE WILL BE NO DAY OF RACE PACKET PICK UP! You or someone you designate must pick up your race packet during packet pickup the day before the race.

Day of Event Details:

Race Location: The race will be located on Lock and Dam Rd, Augusta, GA 30906. Please follow directional signage. 
The address is New Savannah Bluff Lock and Dam Park, 2116 Lock & Dam Rd. Augusta, GA 30906. Overflow parking will be available on the day of. Golf cart shuttles will be available.  
Start/Finish: The race has a hard start time of 8:00 a.m. for the Fun Run and the 5k will have a hard start of 9:00 a.m. and finish at Augusta Regional Airport & Lock and Dam Park. This route will be primarily concrete with some gravel and dirt.
Vendors will be onsite to provide water, fruit, and giveaways.
Only service animals will be allowed.
You may run or walk. Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed. 
There is no rain day alternate.
