Wag & Walk 5K

While on-line Registration is now closed, You haven't Missed the race yet!!! Race Day Registration is available starting at 5:00 PM, Friday evening April 23rd!  Please (still) plan to join us for this awesome event! 

Please join us for the 3rd Annual  “Wag & Walk” 5K to benefit the Etowah Valley Humane Society.  

The race will be held Friday evening, April 23rd at 6:30PM.  It will take place at the Sam Smith Park located in Cartersville, GA.  Come enjoy this fast and beautiful course that rounds the Milam Farm as you get your exercise in BEFORE your big Friday night out!! And it's all for a great cause to benefit the E.V.H.S.! Dogs are (of course!) welcome to run with you (some would even say they are "encouraged" to do !!) But as always, please do keep them on a leash. 

Registration:

On-Site Race Day Registration will begin @ 5:00 PM with the 5K starting at 6:30 PM. Awards to follow. 

5K Price is $25 for pre-registrations received prior to 11:00 PM Sunday April 18th.  (NOTE: To guarantee your t-shirt size, you must register by April 18th!!)

$35 race-day registration fee

Awards:

Top 3 Overall Men and Top 3 Overall Women

Top 3 Male & Female in the following Age Categories:

     19-Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over

Parking and Race Start-Finish:

Race Day Parking as well as the Start/Finish lines are both located adjacent to Sam Smith Park next to the Cartersville Soccer Complex (Behind Cartersville Middle School) located at 152 Milner Rd. SE, Cartersville GA 30120. Both Pre-race registration Packet Pick-up as well as Race-Day registration will both occur on site beginning at 5:00 PM day of the race.
