Marching For Military Friends 5K

Come run and support an awesome cause- The Military Friends Foundation. Since 2003, this incredible organization has dedicated itself to supporting military families and honoring the families of the fallen. We believe it’s essential to give back to those who sacrifice so much for our country and our safety. By contributing to this cause, you are helping the Military Friends Foundation provide resources, support, and opportunities to these brave families. Plus, this race is a part of the Clover Glove and Black Bag Race Series! 

In April, our running buddy Karen Swann, whom many in the running community may know, will be representing the Military Friends Foundation while she runs the Boston Marathon- a lifelong dream of hers! The marathon distance (26.2 miles) can be quite the challenge, but Karen is one of the most dedicated runners we know and has completed this distance several times before. She just celebrated her 70th birthday, and if you know her, you know she is quite the inspiration…we hope to someday still be running at 70 like her!
