Description

Come out to Dawsonville for an evening of family fun...full of Racing, Running, and Rolling* (scooter, bike, skate, etc). We've got a single loop 5K course, awesome finish line entertainment, and great swag & awards.
The 5K race will be timed and have awards for overall, masters, grand masters, senior masters, and all the usual 5 year age groups.
The *ROLL will be on the same course, un-timed, and start 15 minutes after the 5K race. *Helmets are REQUIRED.
Awesome race shirts for all paid participants, and free entry for all Dawson County Students, Teachers, & Staff.

Beneficiary
All race proceeds go to support the Dawson County Schools Health & Wellness programs.
Course & Timing
Mostly flat course closed to traffic. We'll be chip timing the start and finish for the 5K, but the Roll will be untimed.
Awards & Goodies
Race shirts included with all paid entries. Students & Staff will have the option to purchase a shirt for $10.
5K Awards
- Top 3 Overall M/F
- Top 3 Master's Overall M/F
- Top 3 Grand Master's Overall M/F
- Top 3 Senior Master's Overall M/F
- Top 3 in all the usual age groups (10 & Under - 75+)
Championship & Turkey Trot
- All participants will automatically qualify for FREE entry into one of the 2019 Five Star Turkey Trots. See event website for details
- Top finishers will also qualify for entry into the Five Star 5K/10K Championships to be held in January 2021. See event website for details

Courtesy & Refund Policy
- Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.
- All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
- Even will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case.
