HYROX Race Simulation – Benefiting Special Olympics Georgia

Join us for a HYROX race simulation event designed to mirror the experience of race day at HYROX Atlanta! Whether you're preparing for the competition or curious about what HYROX is all about, this simulation is the perfect opportunity to test your fitness, challenge yourself, and support a great cause.

All proceeds will benefit Special Olympics Georgia, making this not only a race prep event but also a meaningful way to give back to the community.

Race Details:

Start: 400m Run | 1000m Ski | 400m Run | 200ft (60m) Burpee Broad Jump | 400m Run | 200ft (60m) Tank Push | 400m Run | 100 Push ups |  400m Run | 1000m Row | 400m Run | 600ft (180m) Farmer's Carry | 400m Run | 300ft (90m) Lunges | 400m Run | 100 Wall Balls - Finish

Weights:

Doubles Men: Tank Push (level 3 resistance), Farmer's Carry (24kg), Lunges (45lb), Wall Balls (14) 

Doubles Women: Tank Push (level 3 resistance), Farmer's Carry (16kg) Lunges (25lb), Wall Balls (10lb)

Doubles Mixed: Tank Push (level 3 resistance), Farmer's Carry (24kg), Lunges (45lb), Wall Balls (14lb)

Doubles Novice: Tank Push (level 1 resistance), Farmer's Carry (8/12kg), Lunges (20lb/body weight), Wall Balls (8/6lb)

Event Format:

Heats of 5 teams will begin at 7:30 AM, running every 10 minutes
Heat assignments will be emailed one week before the event
