Description
Get your act together & join From the Top Theatrics for their Inaugural Top Hat 5K! Come on out for a fairly flat & fast 5K through the streets of Kennesaw with the Start & Finish in the parking lot of the AMC Theater. From the Top Theatrics puts on performances such as The Little Mermaid, Lion King, Aladdin, etc., so come on out in costume, not required, but you'll definitely have more fun!
We've got some great long sleeve tech (moisture wicking) shirts, commemorative Finisher Medals & Awards to the Top 3 (M & F) Overalls, Top 3 Overall Masters ,(M & F) Overall Grand Master, and Overall Senior Master (M & F); as well as the Top 3 in each of the normal age groups 10 & Under - 75+ for all 3 races.

About From the Top Theatrics
From the Top Theatrics is an award winning theatre company dedicated to serving the community; providing a space for children to express and empower themselves. We champion diversity, equity, inclusivity, and giving back through our art. For each show, we select one local charity to benefit and donate 10-25% of all ticket sales. We are currently growing our programs, and looking to expand into our own facilities. Our fundraising goal is a down payment on our own space to rehearse and perform!

Course & Timing
Start and Finish in the Parking Lot of AMC Theatres in Kennesaw. The route is fairly flat & fast and are an out and back. We'll be timing everyone for the start & finish.
Awards & Goodies
Awesome long sleeve tech (moisture wicking) race shirt to commemorate your race, guaranteed with registration until 10/3/21. Afterwards, shirts will be available while supplies last.

Still want to participate or support the cause and have a shot at an award? Or, maybe you saw the shirt and said: "Sweet...I want one!" Then, the virtual race is for you. Run when & where you want, just submit your time by end of Race Day. We'll ship out virtual packages the Monday after event date! *Shipping available for continental US only.

EVENT COURTESY & REFUND POLICY
Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike
conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case.
Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag.
No COVID-19 Refunds. If unforeseen circumstances arise due to COVID-19, including any Federal or State Health Emergency, refunds will not be provided. The event will go 100% Virtual & shirts will be shipped to participants.
Five Star Turkey Trot & Championship
All participants will automatically qualify for (1) FREE entry into one of the 2021 Five Star Thanksgiving Turkey Trots. See event website.
Top finishers will also have the opportunity to earn a spot in the Championships held in January 2022. The number of spots available is based on the total registration. See event website
