Description
Join us for a 5K and Fun Run to support YoungLife in Southern Gwinnett! YoungLife is a Christian ministry that introduces high school students to Jesus and helps them grow in their faith through relationships with caring leaders. We're raising funds to sustain our thriving ministries at Brookwood and Parkview High Schools and hope to expand so that we may reach every type of kid. Every student deserves the chance to hear the gospel and be loved regardless of their response - that is what we strive to do in our community.

Course
The course will run entirely on paved roads within Alexander Park
T-Shirts
T-shirts are guaranteed to all 5K runners who register prior to 4/15/25. Shirts will be available after that date as supplies last.
T-shirts for the Fun Run may be purchased for a $5.00 fee during the registration process. T-shirts must be purchased by 4/15/25. A few extra shirts may be available after the race for a purchase of $5.00.
Awards
Awards are given to Overall Male / Female, Masters Male/Female and the following Male / Female Age Groups:
5-year age groups: 10 and Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and Over
Fun Runners will receive a fun surprise after running the Fun Run.
Race Series and Finishline Management
The Get Up Gwinnett 5K is proud to be a member of the Black Bag Race Series.
Finish Line management and timing provided by Classic Race Services.
What if it Rains?
We get wet! Race start time may be delayed in 15-minute increments if storms are in the area. Sorry, no refunds due to inclement weather.
