Description
Come out and join us on Saturday, June 29th at the Startup Factory (Stonecrest) in Lithonia for the Man of Action 5K.
We're raising funds and awareness for Vitiligo. Participants will start & finish at the Startup Factory, receive a great race shirt as well as have a shot at award medals that go out to the Overall M/F, Overall Masters M/F, Overall Grand Masters M/F, Overall Senior Masters M/F, and the Top 3 in all of the normal 5 year Age Groups (10 & under - 75+).

Event Beneficiary
Proceeds from this event will go to the Non-Profit Support Group Vitiligo Man of Action. We're raising funds and awareness for Vitiligo. "#Vitiligomanofaction is a support group that empowers all people to believe in themselves and to be the true you , letting people know that they can live."
Timing & Awards
The event will be chip timed and we'll have awards as follows:
Top 3 Overall M/F
Top 3 Overall Masters M/F (40 years +)
Overall Grand Master M/F (50 years +)
Overall Senior Master M/F (60 years +)
All the normal 5yr Age Groups starting at 10 & under through 75+.
Five Star Turkey Trot & Championships
All participants will be eligible for free entry into the 2019 Five Star Turkey Trot, see website for details.
Top finishers will earn a spot in the Five Star 5K Championships to be held on January 5, 2020.
Virtual Run
Can't make it out to the event site on race day?
Still want to participate and have a shot at an award?
Then the virtual race is for you.
Here's how it works:
1. Register for the Virtual division
2. Start Training
3. The day before the race you'll receive instructions & a link to submit your race time
4. Submit your race time by end of race day
5 The day after the race results (Virtual Runner division) will be posted online
6. Monday after the race you'll receive an email with a link to the results & any pictures.
7. Monday after the race we'll package up all the T-shirts & medals and put them in the mail.

Our events are designed to be fun and for the entire family. With that in mind any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.
All registrations are final...we're sorry, but there are no transfers, deferments, or refunds.
