Description

A physical challenge, one capable by all, for all, to fight and bring awareness to those who cannot do so for themselves. Sign up, and be a part of an incredibly special event in effort to ignite change. There will be both a live and a virtual offering of the event. Details, map, obstacles to be posted soon. Hosted at Crossfit NBK in downtown Roswell.

WOD/ COMP DESCRIPTION:
This will be a individual, Enduro style event with waves of 8-12 people (wave sizes to be finalized at a later date) Waves will be offered in Rx and Scaled options. Be responsible when choosing your wave because there will be a TIME CAP in order to keep things moving smoothly!
Our vision is to provide an event to tap into Spartan/ Savage Race roots while mixing in Non-Greg Glassman Crossfit. All without making you drive out to Conyers and ruining your clothes & shoes in muddy bathwater....

Workout Rundown


**** IMPORTANT****
Since this is a wave style event all participants must complete the registration and select their desired wave. No participants will be accepted after the registration link close.

WORKOUT AS FOLLOWS:

20/15 Calorie Assault Bike or Row

1.35 Mile Trail Run
Or 1.6 Mile Road Run (ONLY in Case of Rain)
Into:

5 rounds of: (3 for Scaled)
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
1 Rope Climb

25/20 Calorie Assault Bike or Row

.85 Mile NBK Loop Run

Into:

30 Squat Cleans (115/85)(95/65)
30 Lateral Burpees
30 Shoulder to Overhead

Directly into:
30/25 Calorie Assault Bike or Row Finisher
