Strongside Virtual 5K

Hey Strongside Nation!!!

  We are going to host our first ever 'Virtual' Strongside 5K on Saturday April 25th!!  Weather you are brand new to running or a veteran marathoner - we have 3 divisions that you can all compete in and the top 3 Male/Female participants will win some strongside swag!!! Every participant will be emailed a race day bib pdf to print out to wear! You can do any course you map out, or you can run on a treadmill/assault runner if you so choose! The page will say that it  begins at "strongside" because we have to put a location, but you can literally run anywhere! All downhill/uphill or any mix you choose :) 

Helpful Hints

- A 5K is 3.1 miles

-There are various mapping apps you can use such as 'Map My Run' to figure out your course! We will email race information and various course tracking options prior to the race!!

-You can run your course any time on April 25th starting at 5:00 AM til Midnight

- We will have 3 divisions. If this is your first ever 5k, please sign up in the first timer category! We want to celebrate this first time accomplishment with you:)
