Hello Port Dawgs!
We are so excited to be able to host the annual Port Dawg run for 2021! We have all seen the changes COVID19 has imprinted on our lives so this year we are giving the options of the virtual 5k for the month of May and our Ceremonial Port Dawg Run on May 21st @ 0615 starting at the Air Freight Terminal for the 734th AMS.
WHO? Anyone can participate! The Virtual 5k is meant to give more flexibility along with adhering to the social distancing still in place from COVID19.
WHAT? Port Dawg Run -Virtually OR in person
WHEN? Virtual Run is for the whole month of May! In person run will be May 21st @0615 starting at the Air Freight Terminal and Ending at the Air Freight Terminal. Route is still to be determined.
WHERE? Air Freight Terminal at 734 AMS Andersen AFB Guam
WHY? To participate in in something bigger than ourselves. We have all lost someone close to us, or know someone who has. This is to remember and recognize those sacrifices our brother and sister port dawgs have made. It's a time for reflection for those who are no longer here to serve with us - and no one better to do it with than other port dawgs!
HOW? Sign up for your virtual run on this site and take pictures to show your support! Or show up at the air freight terminal for a run side by side with other port dawgs
