There will be not separate packet pick-up prior to race day. Pick up you bib number on race morning. Overall awards will be given on race day, but age group awards may be picked up at The Running Room, 819 Kapahulu Ave., beginning Tuesday after each race for about a week. Race results will not be posted in the finish area but will be available online at timelinehawaii.com.
FOR THOSE WHO WOULD PREFER VIRTUAL RUNS, WE'VE ADDED VIRTUAL VERSIONS OF THE SERIES AND EACH RACE.
Parking: Park in the parking lot on Manoa Road (start line area) or in the lower parking lot off Lowery Ave. (finish area).
Check-in: Pick up your bib at the check-in area inside the Recreation Center on race morning. If you purchased a race shirt, it will be available, too.
Start: A wave start will be used where each runner/walker will be lined up behind a timing mat 6-feet apart in groups of 25. The first wave will be the fastest expected finishers. Listen for announcements regarding how and when to line up at the start. Where you start in the wave start process will not affect your finish time because you will get a “chip” time – from the time you cross the start mat to the time to cross the finish line mat.
The Course: The wave starts on Manoa Road in front of the Recreation Center, proceed mauka to turn right on Pawaina St., left on Pakanu St., right on Old East Manoa Road, straight onto East Manoa Road, right on Oahu Ave., right on Lowery, and left on Ka’aipu into the finish line.
There will be a self-serve aid station just after the 2-mile point on East Manoa Road in front of Serg’s Mexican Kitchen with pre-filled cups of water, but it is recommended that you bring your own fluids for the race. View the course map at https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/4745477773.
After the Race: No results will be posted at the race site. Results will be available on line at https://timelinehawaii.com/. There will be water and individually packaged refreshments at the Recreation Center. Many thanks to our partner, A. C. Lyau and Company for providing the snacks!
Please be mindful of traffic – roads are not closed to traffic.
The top three male and female finisher awards will be presented at the race at about 7:45 a.m. Age group awards will be available at the Running Room, 819 Kapahulu Ave., beginning Tuesday, January 11th, for about one week. (The Running Room is not open on Mondays.) Chip time will determine overall and age group winners.
