Modified Murph Challenge

Join us at IRON IVY for a Modified Murph!

The Challenge Rules:

• 1 mile run or walk
• 100 underhand lat pull down
• 200 push ups (knees if needed)
• 300 squats
• 1 mile run or walk

The door opens at 8 a.m. You can come whenever you want, take as long as you need, and let's kill the challenge!

ALL proceeds go to the Lucas County Veterans Memorial Park in Chariton, Iowa.
