Description

The Viking 5K/10K will be on Saturday, August 24th, 2019 as part of Huxley PrairieFest activities.  This Norwegian-themed race will take you on some back roads of Huxley, by Christiansen Forest Preserve on the East Side of Huxley, over Ballard Creek and back into town. 

Packet Pick-up prior to the event Saturday morning 6:30am-7:30am at Centennial Parking Lot (1001 Timberlane Dr.)

Water stations will be provided as well as post race refreshments.  Overall 5K/10K Winners: Top Female and Top Male will receive $50 cash prizes, a Viking helmet and a medal.  Medals will be awarded to top 3 finishers in each age group.
