Red Shoe Run/Walk

This year packet pick-up will be at the Ronald McDonald House of Iowa City, 730 Hawkins Drive, only due to construction at Scheel's. The times for pick-up are May 4th from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, May 5th from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, May 6th from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and May 7th from 7:00 am to 8:00 am. 

Feel free to pull into the circle drive and come to the door. Ring the doorbell and someone will buzz you into the house. Please let the house staff know that you are here for packet pick-up and they will point you to the right direction. On May 7th, packet pick up will be outside of the Ronald McDonald House of Iowa City.

Half Marathon (Everyone receives a finisher medal):

Individual awards will be given to Overall Female and Male for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. As well as for each age group. The age groups are 14 and under, 15 to 18, 19 to 24, 25 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and older. 

5K Run/Walk:

Individual awards will be given to Overall Female and Male for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. As well as for each age group. The age groups are 14 and under, 15 to 18, 19 to 24, 25 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and older.

Ronald's Run and 1 Mile:

• Level 1: collect 25 wish list items to receive RMHC socks
• Level 2: collect 75 wish list itmes to receive RMHC socks and RMHC back pack
• Level 3: collect 150 wish list items to receive RMHC socks, RMHC back pack, and a surprise experience

5K and Half Marathon:

• Raise $500 receive RMHC socks
• Raise $750 receive RMHC socks and access to VIP food tent after the race. This will include a bigger food spread, chair massages, and some other extra perks.
• Raise $1,000 receive RMHC socks, access to VIP food tent, and a RMHC windbreaker
• Raise $2,500 receive RMHC socks, access to VIP food tent, RMHC windbreaker, and red running shoes
• Raise $5,000 receive RMHC sockes, access to VIP food tent, RMHC winbreaker, red running shoes, and experience with an Iowa City celebrity

Team Incentives: 

• Raise $500 receive RMHC socks
  Raise $750 receive RMHC socks and access to VIP food tent after the race. This will include a bigger food spread, chair massages, and some other extra perks.
• Once the team reaches $1,000 then the team captain will receive the extra individual items such as the windbreaker, red running shoes, and experience with an Iowa City celebrity.
