Description
The Survivor Resource Center invites you to help raise awareness of the issue of sexual violence by participating in this powerful event! Walk a Mile in Her Shoes is a positive way for men to show that they are taking a stand against violence while also raising money for the FREE services that SRC provides. Now is the time to take a stand with us!
Men are asked to walk ONE mile in high heel shoes (shoes provided in men's sizes). Women and children are also encouraged to come and walk one mile. High heels are NOT mandatory to participate!
Be sure to register before May 15th, 2024, to be sure you get an event T-shirt!
Registration/Check-in begins at 9 am and the walk begins at 10 am. Children 10 years and under walk for free (does not include a t-shirt, if you would like a t-shirt for 10 and under the registration fee applies.)
