Independence Day 5K 2021

Embrace your independence and holiday spirit this 4th of July! Grab your family and friends and hit the trail for this fun 5K. Dress to support the festivities. **The Independence Run is held on an original USATF certified course with chip timing.** Can't run? Walk! Walkers are allowed and encouraged! Participation awards will be given to racers that are pre-registered before June 21. Race bag pick-up will be on the day of the event only with the race starting at 7:30 am. There will be no award ceremony, however, participation medals will be awarded when runners that have pre-registered before June 21. Congregating of any kind, including spectators or vendors, will be asked to socially distance throughout the park. Participants are again encouraged to dress in red, white, and blue. The fee to participate is $25 and a race bag includes a custom t-shirt, bib, and participation medal for those that have pre-registered by June 21. Results will be administered after the last runner returns, or no later than 10:00 AM and will be distributed electronically. **Guaranteed T-Shirt and Size Deadline - 11:59 pm, June 21st, 2021.** While the Independence Day 5K tries to match your size shirt, there are no guarantees. Please note there will be no personal item or bag check for this race. Water will be provided for runners too. We look forward to having you participate with us!
