We are just two gals from Effingham IL that love to run and are dedicated to our health and the health of others. And we wanted to bring YOU the.....Effing Hilly Hustle in Effingham, Illinois'! It is the 1st EVER Complete Health & Wellness Event, Expo, and 4 mile Run/ Walk Race in Effingham. On May 11th, 2019, you will want to bring the entire family to Effingham, IL for a 4 mile run, 4 mile walk and a 1 mile walk. In addition, there will be a health and wellness expo in the lobby of the Effingham Performance Center with product and food vendors. An obstacle course will be available for the kiddos while the parents race. One of a kind medals  are waiting for ALL participants!  The top 4 male and female's in each age category will receive a display worthy trophy. There is also a Virtual Run/Walk, in case you can't make the trip to Effingham.
