Description
The Cove School will hold its 14th annual 5K Community Walk/Run on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at the beautiful Independence Grove Forest Preserve in Libertyville, IL. Come individually or create a team of friends and family to race, then celebrate with refreshments at the Finish Line.
Volunteers of all ages are needed! Teens will receive community service hours. To sign up or for more information, please contact Emma Jones at ejones@coveschool.org.
Race Fees:
$40.00 Early Bird Special through July 31st
$45.00 August 1st through September 5th
$50.00 Day of race
$25.00 Kids under 18 (Age Based Pricing)

No dogs, bikes, or skates are allowed at Independence Grove.

Walkers and those with strollers will be asked to line up behind runners at the start line.

Race Packet Pick-Up will be held on Friday, September 5th between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM at The Cove School, 350 Lee Road, Northbrook, IL 60062.
