Jingle Jangle 10k Relay

Looking for something fun to do during this holiday season?

We have a fun, holiday themed event for you!

I mean, can you think of anything more fun than assembling a team of your five closest friends to join you in an old fashioned relay race to compete for an ultimate prize, while sipping warm beverages and eating treats...on a cold, wintery morning? 

While you're thinking, gather your teammates, come up with a cool team name, and register before prices increase on 9/1!

Registration Information: (There will be no race day registration.)

Date: Saturday | December 9, 2023

Time: 8:00am

Location: Manteno High School Track

WHAT TO EXPECT:

The relay will be held ol' school style on the outdoor track at Manteno High School in Manteno, IL. Teams will be made up of 6 individuals to complete 6.2 miles. **Captains** are encouraged to register first with your creative team name, and then invite your team members to select your team from the drop down menu.

**Participants** are invited to coordinate costumes with their team members because you never know what the judges will be looking for!

All participants are expected to leave with a fabulous finisher's medal, all the while enjoying hot chocolate, coffee, tea, and treats while cheering on your teammates! The first place team will walk away with the coveted prize, but first place isn't only prize we'll be awarding! 

We are looking forward  to a wonderful time of celebration, camaraderie, encouragement and fellowship!

TIMING:

We will provide stop watches, and captains should appoint a team member or volunteer to track individual times and your team's overall finish time. 

PACKET PICKUP:

Packet pickup opens 1 hour before the race, on the track, under the Shakeout Miles canopy.
