Description

This year for my birthday I thought I would a) create a fundraiser to help my fellow veterans b) create awareness for mental health and c) promote better mental health through movement. Thus, miles for mental health was created! Proceeds will be donated to the Rockford SheVets, an organization that has helped countless veterans during COVID and has been supportive and caring for female veterans. And since I'm a female veterans, well.....let's just say, if there's a job to be done, SheVets is leading the way.
