Frequently Asked Questions
Can I Walk? YES! This is a challenge for all levels, fitness and abilities. Run, Walk, Bike or Jog - whatever you choose!
Can I do the 5K over multiple days? YES! If you want to break it up over multiple workouts throughout the day, or multiple days, just keep track of your time and enter your total time.
How long do I have to complete the Challenge? You will have until 3/31/2023 to submit your results.
Where do I enter My Results? CLICK HERE to view the results page and click the "Submit Virtual Results Button" or visit www.RunSignup.com/profile and navigate to "my races" and select "submit virtual results"
How Long Does it take to receive our Packets? Packets begin shipping on November 29, 2022 and thereafter will ship out weekly. Our volunteers are working hard to ship as soon as possible and generally race packets arrive about 1 week after registration.
How Do I Refer Friends? When you complete your checkout you'll receive a unique URL link. Send that to your friends and ask them to register using that link (you'll also get a copy in your confirmation email). They will be automatically credited as your referrals and you'll receive $25 cash back once you hit 5 referrals!
