The 21-Day Body Reboot is the perfect way to refresh your energy and your spirit!
Making a fitness commitment for 21 consecutive days is hard. That's why we've split this 21-Day Body Reboot into unintimidating, doable three-day goals.
Participants will focus one three main categories throughout this challenge:
1. Application
For three days, you will apply the same principle for growth in the areas of healthier choices and time management. Here are some examples:
Eliminate desserts.
Drink half of your body weight in ounces of water.
Intake lots of dark greens.
Get plenty of rest.
2. Affirmation
For three days, you will make a statement or say a word that inspires, encourages, and builds you up. For example: “I am strong,” or, “I appreciate what my body does for me.”
You can simply say it out loud, write it down, or even take a few minutes a day and jot down things you enjoy.
3. Workout
Do the same workout for three days. Challenge yourself each day to go harder, improve your form, use heavier weights, add more resistance, etc.
You'll repeat the same three goals for three days in a row, and then you'll move on to the next three-day period with new goals. Once you hit day 21, you won't want to be done!
