Hola! We hope you will join us for Michiana's most festive 5K! Cinco de Miles is the perfect way to kickoff the weekend long celebration and work off some of those chips and salsa. So lace up your running shoes and meet us at Central Park on May 4th for the fourth annual Cinco de Miles 5K!
Cinco de Miles 5K is proud to support the Humane Society of Saint Joseph County (HSSJC), a local nonprofit organization working hard to provide medical treatment, food and shelter for rescued and abandoned animals as they await adoption. Incorporated in 1886, the HSSJC is one of Indiana’s oldest service organizations and still the area’s largest animal care facility. Servicing the greater St. Joseph County region and multiple municipalities, the HSSJC sees over 3,750 animals each year. Providing a vast array of community services and educational programs the HSSJC truly looks to embody its motto of “we care” on many levels. Their mission is to instill reverence for all life and to enhance the human/animal bond through the compassionate care of animals and community education.
Learn more or donate directly to the Humane Society by visiting their website humanesocietystjc.org.
Registration Fees: $30 5K run/walk. $15 5K run/walk 14 and under (price includes Cinco de Miles 5K t-shirt)

We hope you are as excited for the fourth annual Cinco de Miles 5K as we are! With that said, we want to remind all of our participants to use their best judgement when dressing on race day. We hope to see all runners and walkers decked out in bright colors ready to tackle the Mishawaka Riverwalk, but please remember this event is meant to celebrate Cinco de Mayo and serve as a family fun event the entire community can enjoy.
