Extra Mile Half Marathon Spring Training 2023

Program begins Saturday, February 10th @ 7:30am with a run starting at Extra Mile Fitness Company.

We love a diverse team of runners!  All paces and abilities are encouraged and welcomed in the Extra Mile Training Programs.


Extra Mile Training Teams are geared to the first time half marathoner as well as seasoned, goal-orientated runners. Our certified and vastly experienced coaches have created science-based programs suited to various abilities and customizable to various goal races. In addition to weekly coach-led interval workouts on Tuesdays and fully supported long runs on Sundays, you will receive support throughout the entire program via email newsletters, a private Facebook group page, the Final Surge Online training platform and unlimited access to coaches for any personalized questions.

  • Tuesdays - Choose between a 5:15am session or a 6:00pm session based on your schedule!
  • Sunday group long runs at 7:30am
  • 12 Week Training Program Fee:   $90/PERSON*

PLUS when you train with Extra Mile, you can choose your own goal races! Participants will aim for either the 500 Festival Indy Mini-Marathon on May 4, 2024  or Race the Region's What the Hill Half on May 12, 2024 (link to come). You can choose to do one of the half marathons or if you want to challenge yourself, maybe run back to back half marathons!  

*Registering for the training team DOES NOT cover your entry fee into any of the events/races mentioned on this email.  You must click on the links to register for each event.

Between now and the first team run make it a priority to run at the minimum 4 days per week for 30 to 45 minutes.
