Extra Mile Half Marathon Spring Training 2022

Program begins Sunday, February 27th with a run starting at Extra Mile Fitness Company.

We love a diverse team of runners!  All paces and abilities are encouraged and welcomed in the Extra Mile Training Programs.

The Extra Mile Team is geared to the first time half marathoner as well as seasoned, goal-orientated runners. Our certified and vastly experienced coaches have created science-based programs suited to various abilities and customizable to various goal races. In addition to weekly coach-led interval workouts on Tuesdays and fully supported long runs on Sundays, you will receive support throughout the entire program via email newsletters, a private Facebook group page, the Final Surge Online training platform and unlimited access to coaches for any personalized questions.

**NEW** for 2022, the Extra Mile Training Team will have TWO goal races.  Indy Mini Marathon on Saturday, May 7, 2022 and What the Hill Half on Sunday, May 8, 2022.  You can choose to one of the half marathons or if you want to challenge yourself, maybe run back to back half marathons!  

PLEASE NOTE:  Registering for the training team DOES NOT cover your entry fee into any of the events mentioned on this email.  You must click on the links to register for each event.

Between now and the first team run make it a priority to run at the minimum 4 days per week for 30 to 45 minutes.
