Midwest SUCK Training Camp

Join Regional & Ultimate SUCK Winner, Mike Durkin, for a SUCK training camp (2.0) Round 2 on April 7th 6PM at Sunset Hill Farm County Park, North of Valparais, IN. The goal of this event is to ensure that you are competent in your skill set and confident in your training. In the classroom portion we will be spending a couple hours discussing and practicing the below topics. In the training camp portion we will be spending a full 6 hours doing a SUCK-styled workout that will closely resemble the format of the 12 Hour Midwest SUCK.

This event will be HQ’d out of the camp ground portion of the park. After the completion of the event free campsites will be available for anyone wishing to stay for the rest of the evening.

The topics will include, but are not limited to:
- What to expect during the event
- The proper way to pack and adjust a ruck
- How to climb a rope
- How far is it really when Joe says it’s a mile
- Race nutrition
- What to bring besides the mandatory gear
- Atlas stones
- How do I make the farmers carries SUCK a little less
- Any other questions or concerns you may have 
And finally, How do I stay on Nicole Deckers good side.
