Mudathlon Training Program - June 8 – July 18, 2015
This FUN, family friendly program is designed for runners of all abilities! No prior running experience required.
We guarantee FUN for our Mudathlon Program!
In addition to RRCA certified running coaches and a certified trainer to get you in great shape for the race, we have the following planned to keep you laughing and smiling along the way:
• Week One: Thirsty Thursday Fun Run with Nuun and Nathan
• Week Two: Cupcake Fun Run with Saucony
• Week Three: Father's Day Boxer's & Beer Fun Run with Asics
• Week Four: Miles and Massages Fun Run with New Balance & Addaday
• Week Five: Red, White and Blue Fun Run with Swiftwick and 2Toms
- • Week Six: EXMI ONE 1 Mile Challange & Party in the Parking Lot
- Week Seven: Throw Back Thursday Fun Run with Mizuno
Program begins June 8 and runs through race day on Sat., July 18. Group training runs on Monday evening at 6pm and Thursday at 6pm. Thursday runs include strength and obstacle training. Runs start and end at EXMI.
