2023 Glow Run for Kansas Musicians Abroad

The Holton Band will be represented in a European Concert Tour in June of 2024!  This group will be joining other musicians with the Kansas Musicians Abroad group and they couldn't be more excited!

As you can imagine, this trip isn't cheap!  We are asking the community to join in on a fun run on Saturday, July 22nd to help fund this trip.

Pre-run fun starts at 8:00 p.m.  The run itself starts at 9:30 p.m.  Why so late?  Because it's a GLOW RUN!  We will provide the glow sticks...you provide the runners! 

Registration for this event is open now.  The price for each registration runner is listed below.

7 years and above                            $20

Did you catch the "walking age" above?  This is because you don't have to be a runner to participate!  This 5K is meant to be fun and fun comes at all speeds and abilities!

Be prepared to show off your hardware after the race as the top 3 fastest runners in each age group listed below will receive a medal!

Group 1: Walking/Running to 6 years

Group 2: 7 years - 11 years

Group 3: 12 years - 17 years

Group 4: Ages 18+ years

Late Registration will begin at 8:00 p.m. on July 22nd at the run site.  Registration prices will increase by $5 per runner on race day so register online by July 21st at Noon for the best price.

Are you interested in supporting the students, but you don't want to participate in the Glow Run?  Don't worry!  Beginning at 8 p.m., you can come out an enjoy City's Edge BBQ.  A generous portion of the BBQ proceeds will be donated to the students.  In addition, we will be holding a 50/50 raffle!  Raffle tickets will be sold at $1 each or $10 for 15 tickets.  Are you still looking for a way to support us that doesn't involve walking, running, playing in a raffle, or eating delicious BBQ?  No worries.  We will accept cold hard cash at the event too!
