2018 Event:

This 5K is an out-and-back trail race that starts at 9 a.m. Beware: It's the toughest 5K trail run in the Midwest!  

Course: The course is an out-and-back course on very hilly and tough trails. These trails aren't "sissy" groomed or paved trails; they're the real thing.

Fees: $25 (online registration).  $35 on Race Day. 

Canine Pacer: $10  (Registration for canines is on race day, only).

There will be late registration on race day, starting at 7:30 AM.

 SWAG: For anyone that signs-up online and in advance of the race, you get a logo'd coffee mug! Custom oval distance stickers for all finishers.

Aid Station: There will be a staffed water aid station at the turnaround point. 

Photos Provided: All participants can access downloadable event photos by Mile 90 Photography; they take incredible photos!

Challenge: $100 to any male entrant that can beat Paul Hefferon's record time (17:34), and $100 to any female entrant to run sub-20-minutes.

Packet Pickup is AT THE RACE: You can pickup your mug and race number on race day...please show up no later than 8:30 a.m.   And yes, there will be race day late signup.
