Manhattan Cross Country 2024 Extended Season

Let's train for a 5K!  This season is a little more serious than the previous regular season.  We will be running longer distances, training for speed and endurance, while still having fun!  The race we are training for is on November 2 in Salina.  Registration for the extended season does not include race registration.  You can still participate in the season even if you don't run the race.  The season begins October 7 at CICO park.  We will meet at the tennis courts at 5:45.
