Come out and support K9 Zeus at the 3rd annual Law Dog 5k/10k and Powerlifting event sponsored by the Gardner Police Department. In addition to this year's race, we added a virtual race for people who can't attend the live race. The event is held to raise money for the Gardner Police Department K9 Unit with the ultimate goal of an indoor/outdoor kennel with a fenced-in obstacle course. The kennel would allow Zeus a safe place to stay when Officer Anderson is out of town and allow visiting handlers a safe place to lodge their K9s. An enclosed obstacle course is not only an excellent training tool but will enable the Gardner K9program to host training and hopefully a regional conference for the Nation Police Canine Association.
This event is a dog-friendly event for any family. All participants will receive a t-shirt; finisher medal; the first three finishers in each age group during the live race will receive a place medal.
