TRiKC Virtual Jr Duathlon

COVID-19 will not stop youth triathlon in 2020. TRiKC and the J of KC have been proud to produce the best youth triathlons in the world and we now invite youth ages 6 to 16 to compete in the 2020 TRiKC Virtual Youth Duathlon. Compete on your own time and in your own location, or nab a time slot and race live. The TRiKC Virtual Jr Duathlon will be live from July 23 to August 12, giving three weeks to record your fastest bike and run times. Hop on your bike and grab your running shoes, it is time to Do the Du!

Bike

Ages 6-10: 3 miles

Ages 11-16: 5 miles

Run

Ages 6-10: 1200 meters

Ages 11-16: 2000 meters
