We appreciate your participation in the past and hope that you will join us again this year to support our NKY neighbors in need. This event helps our neighbors who are struggling to make ends meet. All proceeds from the race benefit St. Vincent de Paul Northern Kentucky parish conferences who assist with the mission of helping our neighbors in need with food, rent/utility assistance, clothing, household furnishings, and more.
Our 5k run/walk is back again for its 16th year and will be held at Thomas More University this year with a start time 9:00 am. We also have a Virtual option for those who prefer that option or want to participate from afar! All are welcome!
Doors open at 7:30 a.m. for race day race check-in and coffee from Ft. Mitchell Biggby.
There will be an after-party post-race that will include DOOR PRIZES, RACE AWARDS, and REFRESHMENTS for runners and walkers! You must be present to win door prizes. Awards will be given to the division winners and overall winners.

Course:
The race starts near TMU Administrative Building onto Villa Madonna Drive to Turkeyfoot Road and east on Thomas More Parkway to Medical Village Drive. Turn around and head back to the Thomas More campus via Renaissance Drive ending in front of the TMU Administration Building. See the course map at the bottom of this page for details.

Post Race:
Free Kid’s Fun Run (10 and under) is located on the grounds of Thomas More University. Refreshments and door prizes for participants (must be present to win) after the race. Awards will be given to the division winners and overall winners.

Super Value Early Bird Registration on July 19th & 20th. $10 registration. Optional T-shirts are $17.
Early Bird Registration is from July 21st through September 30th. $20 Adults and $15 for Kids 14 and under. Optional T-shirts are $17.
Pre-registration is form October 1 through November 17th. $25 Adults and $20 for Kids 14 and under. Optional T-shirts are $17.
Race Day registration on November 18th. $30 Adults and $25 for Kids 14 and under. Optional T-shirts are $17.
The registration fee includes chip timing and race awards, door prizes, and refreshments at the post-race after-party.
Online Registration is available through Race Day.
Mailed registrations must be postmarked by Wednesday, November 8, 2023.

This year's race will be accurately professionally and accurately "chip-timed" by Running Time Race Timing using MyLaps disposable Bib Tag technology.The chip will be on the bib number. No need to turn in pull tags or return the timing chip.
