Description
The Explore Kentucky Initiative is back with the second edition of the Expedition Frankfort: Run | Bike | Paddle. We created this exhilarating adventure triathlon to showcase Kentucky’s capital city of Frankfort (our base camp) as the ultimate adventure town. The event consists of a 3.7-mile run that starts right in front of the state capitol, 5-mile MTB shred session around Capitol View Park, and then 4-mile paddle down the Kentucky River! There also is a 6-mile paddle-only race! Kayak and canoe rentals are available via Canoe Kentucky.
