Walk for Life and 5K Run

Walk/Run to benefit the Laurel County Life Center, an AA Pregnancy Help Center. Help save and improve the lives of children and mothers by participating in this awesome event! "Leaves change, our love for children does not." 

The 5K course is a road course with a few hills. Challenging, exciting, and fun! Trophies will be given for overall male and female 1st place and Masters Division overall male and female 1st place. Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each age group. Age groups will be 15-19, 20-25, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+. In-person registration for the run will start at 8:00 am, the race will begin at 8:30 am.

The walk and the 5K will be separate. The walk is just for fun and will be around a track. Participants will be entered to win one of three gift cards. There is a playground in the middle of the track so feel free to bring your kids and let them play while you get some fresh air and exercise. In-person registration for the walk will start at 10:00 am, the walk will begin at 11:00 pm. 

All participants in the walk and run will receive a t-shirt and goody bag!
