Rowan County Christmas 5K

Come out and help us celebrate Christmas in October!

Rowan County Christmas is excited to present its 4th Annual 5K to help raise funds for families and seniors in Rowan County.

Rowan County Christmas is a non-profit organization established to coordinate charitable giving and community assistance to families and seniors in need during the Christmas holiday.  In 2018, we provided gifts and food vouchers to more than 500 families and senior citizens.

When:

Saturday, October 5th, at 8:00 a.m.

Packet pickup and race day registration will begin at 7:00 a.m. Race day registration closes at 7:45 a.m.

Entry Fee:

$20.oo pre-registration by September 14th. 

$25.oo after September 14th.

Race Day Registration will be available.  T-shirts will be for those who pre-register by September 14th and to participants who register after September 14th while supplies last. 

Packet Pickup/Race Day Registration:

Packet pickup and race day registration will begin prior to race at 7:00 a.m.  Race begins at 8:00 a.m.  

Online registration closes October 3rd.  

Paper copies of the registration form will be available on race day.

Awards:

Prizes will be awarded to the Top 3 Female and Top 3 Male finishers.  As well as the top 3 overall finishers in each age division.

The 5K will take place rain or shine.  In the case of severe weather cancelling the event there will be no refunds.
