Description
Since 1994, United Way 5K Run and Fitness Walk has been a part of Paducah’s BBQ on the River. More than 500 runners and walkers come from across the U.S. to participate in this FLAT & FAST road race held on the streets of beautiful Paducah, KY, where we utilize a chip timing system to produce accurate results. This is a wonderful event that promotes health, fitness and a fun time for everyone; serious runners, kids, corporate teams, running clubs, entire families, or community groups can join in. Since 2001, the race has also offered a 1-mile Youth Run to children ages 12 and under. Day of Race Registration will open at 7:30am and close at 8:30am. The 5K race will begin at 9am and the one mile youth run will take place following the 5K.

Pre-Race Day Registration & Packet Pickup
Register by September 28 for only $25 (plus fees) for 5k, or $10 for Kids mile. Day of race registration is $35/$15.
Note: Pre-register an adult for the 5K and you can pre-register a child (12 or under) for the one mile youth run for free! Please note this applies to pre-registration only. You cannot redeem a free child registration the day of the event.
Pre-race packet pick up will be on Friday, September 29 from 4:30pm-7pm at Paducah Power, located at 1500 Broadway in downtown Paducah.

The Race Committee will have the ultimate
authority to rule in the matter of any questions
or disputes that may arise regarding race
teams, divisions, rules or eligibility
Corporate Awards:
A team award will be distributed to the top 5
teams. Individual medals will be distributed to
each member of the top 5 teams.
