On Tap 5K Roux Run 2023

 

Race Date & Time: Saturday, October 14, 2023 – 7:45 am Start (7:00 – 8:00 am Packet Pickup) 

 

Race Address: Downtown New Iberia, Sliman Theatre at 129 E Main Street, New Iberia, LA 70560

 

Race Start Times:

1 mile start at 7:45 am

5 k start at 8:15 am

Awards start at 9:15 am

 

Event Details: Runners and walkers will participate in the 5K beginning at 8:00 a.m.  The race begins in the historic downtown area on Main Street, New Iberia and takes you through oak-lined streets and City Park.

 

The course is USATF certified.  The USATF Certification is #LA15016JF.

 

Breakfast of Champions and Drinks will be served at the finish line.  

 

After the race, your entire family can enjoy the festivities of Gumbo Cook-Off held by the Greater Iberia Chamber of Commerce. Visit  www.iberiachamber.org for information.

5K Run:       $35 (cash or check)

 

Must be registered by September 23rd to be guaranteed a race t-shirt.
 

**5K Group Discounts available for $25 each.

To receive the group rate you will need to create a team name and invite your friends and family to join your team.

6:00 – 7:30 am Packet Pickup on Race Morning at the Slimen Theatre at 129 E. Main Street, New Iberia, LA.

 

5K Age Groups:

10 & Under, 11–15, 16–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+

 

Awards:

1 Mile Awards:  1st - 3rd Overall Male & 1st - 3rd Overall Female (no age brackets)

 

5K Awards:       Overall Male & Overall Female 

                         1st, 2nd & 3rd Male & Female of each age group
