Description
What:
Our new year New Body Boot Camp is a type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While a fun re-introduction to basic fitness, each Saturday is designed in a way that pushes participants harder than they'd push themselves.
Goal:
Welcome a challenging, varied and fun workout. Our goal is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and aerobic endurance. Wanted us to offer more, we decided to deliver.
Benefits:
By providing a mixture of strength exercises and cardiovascular training, our 5 New Body Boot Camp sessions will work the heart and lungs and give almost every muscle in your body a workout. Sessions involve a warm-up and cool-down, bodyweight exercises, short running, stretching, relays, and exercises with a partner.
Who's Suitable:
This boot camp series was designed to be intense; however, they are suitable for novice exercisers and fitness enthusiasts alike. Individuals will be allowed to work at their own personal level and intensity. Some sessions will also be specifically designed to introduce first-timers to the boot camp concept. Expect to sweat and be sure you push yourself - whatever your ability - to get the most out of training.
