Location: Veterans Memorial parking lot - Clyde Fant Parkway @ the frisbee golf course

Date & Starting Time:  Saturday, June 1, 2019 the 4 mile race will begin at 8:30am. Children 1 mile fun run will start at 8:00am.

Registration:  Early Registration is $25 through Thursday, May 30.

Friday, May 31st through race day Registration is $30. 

REGISTER EARLY! No shirts guaranteed to late registrants. You must register before midnight May 25th to be guaranteed a shirt.

T-shirts & Race Packet Pick-Up:  Every pre-registered participant will receive an original “Run 4 Your Health” short-sleeved T-SHIRT! Packet pick up will be held at Sportspectrum Thursday, May 30th from 12 pm- 7 pm and Friday, May 31st from 10 am-5:30 pm. You may also pick up your packet on Race Day at the Race Site at 7:00am.

Awards:  Overall Male and Female winners of the 4-miler will receive a custom award. Additionally, 1st and 2nd place male and female in the following age groups of the 4-miler will receive a custom awards.

Age Groups:  19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

After Party: Come and enjoy an awesome after party and award ceremony starting at 5:00 p.m. at Great Raft Beer for music, delicious food, and fun for the whole family!
