Ladies Night Out 5K

Date: Saturday, December 9, 2023

Description: Join us for a 5k out and back run along the Amesbury Rail Trail. There will be a slew of handsome gentleman throughout the course cheering you on and awaiting your arrival at our red carpet finish line with your well deserved flowers and glassware. This year you'll get to choose whether you'd like a beer or wine glass and you'll be treated to two complimentary pours. Either a 9oz pour of wine or 12oz pour of beer. Post race vendors will include local businesses offering small bites, treatment, chocolate tasting, shopping, entertainment & more.

Race Start Time: 3:00PM (Registration/Check in will open at 2PM inside the Brewery)

Fee's: 
$40 through 10/31
$50 through 12/8
$60 on race day

Participant Cap: This event will be capped at 200 and has sold out in years past.

Volunteers: Want to nominate your husband/boyfriend/colleague/friend to be selected as one of our course or finish line volunteers? Only requirement is they have to wear formal attire either a nice suit or tux. Please email info@high5em.com with his name and email address and we’ll send a formal invite.

Parking: Scattered parking lots on Oakland Street are available for parking. 

Beneficiaries: 100% of the net proceeds will be allocated to Good Sports, Inc.

Weather: This event will take place rain/snow or shine. In the case of event cancellation due to public safety, inclement weather or some other unforeseen power at be, we will do our best to come up with an alternative date. 

Refunds: We understand life happens and things may come up. We’ve implemented a refund policy valid through 11/25. If you'd like a refund you must email us on or before this date. Deferrals will be accepted up and through 12/8.
