September Streak

How it works:
1. Choose one activity or exercise
2. Do it every day for the month of September 2023

Easy, right?
Make time for YOU every day. Show up to keep your streak going and feel good all month long...and beyond!
I will even send reminders with my favorite motivational quotes right to your inbox to help keep you going.

Each participant gets:

• Invitation to the LIVE Motivational & Goal Setting Webinar on Tuesday Aug 27
• Custom Forward Is A Pace motivational bracelet
• Access to a private Facebook Group for motivation and accountability

Ideas for your September Streak: 

1. Run/Walk Streak: Walk, Jog or Run at least 1 mile every day.
2. Plank Streak: Complete a 30 - 60 second plank every day. Mix it up with any variety - full plank, side plank, on elbows, etc
3. Step Streak: Log 5,000 steps (or more) every day.
4. Exercise Streak: Do 30 minutes of physical activity every day - swim, bike, lift, yoga, walk, dance, yardwork...anything!

Participant Packages will be mailed on 8/28 and 9/5.
